Systems Engineer

Lead the end-to-end development of advanced defense systems from the requirements, architecture, and design through all phases to mass production readiness
Lead system integration and test activities internally and with third-party strategic partners
Perform system performance analysis and modeling
Manage system interfaces and dependencies
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
Ensure compliance with relevant military standards and regulations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, software, hardware, and test
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members and lead projects with strategic partners

Minimum of 7 relevant years of experience in systems engineering for multi-disciplinary advanced defense systems
Strong understanding of system engineering principles and methodologies
Experience with requirements management and configuration management tools
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead and work effectively in a team environment
Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance (if required)
